Imbolc Greeting Card
Imbolc Greeting Card
~*Imbolc - February 1st-2nd*~
Imbolc is the midpoint between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. It celebrates the beginning signs of Spring - the fire that has been growing in the belly of the Earth since the Winter Solstice. It is also known as Brigid's Day, honoring the goddess Brigid (or Saint Brigid if you prefer), patron of fertility, healing, poetry, and smithcraft. This card measures 5x7 inches and comes with a kraft brown envelope and a golden sticker seal. The inside is blank. The original artwork for the image was done with paint and colored pencils on corrugated cardboard and has been reproduced here on white cardstock. I also offer cards depicting the other pagan sabbats, as well as a multi-pack of all eight cards together.
